UNIPLAST is a dynamic company specializing in the manufacture of polyethylene bags (plastic bags), polypropylene bags (gony bags), and thermoformed products. With more than 10 years of experience, we are proud to offer our customers high quality packaging solutions.

In 2013, UNIPLAST marks the beginning of its journey by distinguishing itself in the production of polyethylene bags. The year 2021 marks an important milestone: The launch of a second unit specialized in polypropylene, expanding our product portfolio. In 2023, in response to the constant evolution of the industry, a new unit dedicated to thermoforming is introduced, consolidating our position in the sector.

Polythene (PE)

There’s no denying that polyethylene products are an integral part of our daily lives, as many everyday consumer items such as packaging, bags and containers are made from this material. Our specialized polyethylene production unit implements a sophisticated process to produce a variety of bags and products, respecting practical requirements and environmental responsibility, using biodegradable and recyclable alternatives.

Polypropylene (PP)

Madagascar is an agricultural country. It is heavily dependent on the agricultural sector, which accounts for 80% of the country’s economic activity. In order to support this important industry, UNIPLAST decided to invest in a polypropylene production unit. This unit is designed to meet the specific needs of this vital sector of the Malagasy economy. Thanks to the use of complex processes and high-tenacity weaving belts, the polypropylene bags and products manufactured in our second unit are of exceptional quality.

Thermoforming

We design, manufacture and supply thermoformed polymer parts and sub-assemblies with a wide range of characteristics and applications in all sectors. Our passion for detail, precision and innovation come together to give shape to many exceptional objects (trays, cups, containers…) that contribute to simplifying and improving our daily lives thanks to their versatility and efficiency.
